The facility
An alternate headquarters, kept warm
Resort-class amenities for a corporate buyer: catering, security and confidentiality come with the building. This is a working facility, not a leisure resort.
The Sim Floor
A dedicated floor with a control desk, observer pods and breakout rooms, built for running crisis simulations and training exercises in a controlled environment, separated from live operations.
Backup command centre
If your headquarters is compromised, leadership relocates here and continues operating with minimal interruption. The phrase is simple: spin up Switchyard.

Because the facility is operated by Roy Hotels, catering, security and confidentiality are part of the package. For multi-day exercises, hotel-style rooms are provided as needed.

Rehearse the worst day
Full-scale simulations run here as a matter of routine: a team spends the day working a pretend incident from the control desk while executives practise on the floor.
